“It’s easier working out with a group and, especially with being pregnant, the coaches (I basically went every morning when Tyre was the coach– she is awesome!!) were really helpful in modifying the workouts to what my body was capable of doing and also supportive in the amount of work I felt I was able to do, so I was able to listen to my body and take it slower if I needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get super fit in an environment that pushes you, teaches you correct mechanics, and listens to your needs with some fun coaches and friendly group.”
