Another Take at Results-Based Programming

I’ve been in sports my whole life and have had dozens of coaches all with different strength philosophies. As a gym owner, I have also interviewed and spent significant time with other strength experts so I could later implement their best practices.

Today’s post provides a researched-based approach to why every athlete needs a professional strength coach.

A program is only effective if it improves performance. If you agree with that sentiment, then I think you will see the need for regular benchmark assessments, work on weakness work, the need for cycles, among other things.
