Your knee hurts when you do physical activity. Not all the time, but sometimes it’s so painful when you get home from a workout that it ruins the rest of your day.
Pain is not a prerequisite to gains. There’s a right way to achieve fitness while remaining injury-free.
I’m dedicating this month to the anatomy and physiology of the primary movers in your body. This week we’ll start with the knee joint.
Stay tuned.

In Case You Missed It
My job is pretty simple: Help individuals set and achieve goals related to their health. These conversations happen every day for me and are always 1-on-1 with you.
In December, I asked you what you were hoping to accomplish during the 2021 calendar year. Here were the most common answers:
- Cut back on Sodalicious/Swig.
- Get back to consistently working out.
- Have a better body image and more self-confidence.
- Say “No” more often to sweets (sugar).
- Spend less time on social media.
- Run more often and get faster.
To these goals, I asked a simple question: How is this year going to be different than last year?
This past week I interviewed the most consistent athletes, as well as the athletes who had the most success in weight-loss and strength gains. In case you missed it, here is the sereies:
1. New Year, New Me
2. New Year: Consistency
3. New Year: Progress
4. New Year: Data From PR’s
