Yesterday I made reference to the “Jobs Theory” as outlined in the book Competing Against Luck. My motive and context was to help you shift a few pre-existing paradigms that are probably prevalent in your life.
As I woke up this morning, however, I was thinking about why you might “hire” a service like nutrition and exercise coaching. For today’s blog, I wanted to ask for your feedback.
I believe there are three jobs that arise in your life, causing you to “hire” a business like RxFIT:
- You want to look better; whether that be losing weight or getting more toned.
- You want to feel more confident about yourself and your capabilities.
- You want to be known as a consistent, fit person with healthy habits.
Which one resonates most with you? Or is there something else that I’m missing all together?
I recognize that in order to better serve our current and future athletes, I first must understand what “jobs” arise in their life. This will then help me help our coaches help you (that’s a lot of helping).
Let me know your thoughts.
